Quentin West is an associate member of Fleur de Lis, LLC Commercial Real Estate Brokerage and Development Advisory Services. Quentin draws upon a background in real estate development analysis, public-private partnerships, and real estate finance in his work at Fleur de Lis. Prior to joining Fleur de Lis he interned in the City of Bowie’s Economic Development Department and worked as an economic development consultant for Vantage Point Real Estate Development Management where he provided due diligence and analytical support for the
firm’s public sector clients and specialized in fiscal and economic impact analysis. While working for the City of Bowie Quentin helped to construct the fiscal impact and annexation model used to underwrite the feasibility of providing tax increment financing for the proposed Southlake mixed-use development project. Quentin holds a Maryland Real Estate Salesperson License.
Additionally, Quentin is an experienced Chinese linguist and teacher. He has completed a Foreign Scholar Fellowship at Qinghua University in Beijing, China and holds a Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language Certification from Beijing Language and Culture University. Through his consulting company, West-East Connection, he maintains a network of contacts in several industries ranging from finance to manufacturing both here in the United States and in Mainland China.
Quentin is an Eagle Scout and holds degrees in Chinese Language and Real Estate Development from the University of Maryland. He is a native Marylander and currently resides in Annapolis.
