Crystal Smith brings more than 18 years of public sector and Federal Government experience to the Fleur de Lis, LLC team. She is a proud Alumni of Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English. During her college tenure, she successfully interned with the Federal Government under the Human Resources discipline. This unique opportunity afforded her a remarkable career as a Human Resource Professional.
Ms. Smith avows more than 18 years of Human Resource experience and expertise. Her past positions include Human Resource Manager, Section Chief and currently serves as the National Recruitment Coordinator for her agency.
Crystal’s entrepreneurial spirit has introduced her to a variety of diverse ventures, however, it was her love for the real estate industry that guided her to a new and successful path. She is the founder of Roosevelt Management Group LLC, a Real Estate Investment Company in the Washington D.C., metropolitan area and a licensed Realtor® in the state of Maryland. Crystal’s passion and love for people drives her to inspire others through motivational speaking and dispute resolution. She serves as a mentor and a committed leader who is spiritual, focused and dedicated to improving communities, empowering people and humbly serving those in need.
